Vivotek Smart City License Plate Recognition Solution
VIVOTEK’s IP9165-LPR-v2 Kit stands as a standalone License Plate Recognition (LPR) camera system, equipped with an integrated license plate recognition system, as well as the capability for recognising vehicle type and colour. The Traffic VCA LPR+ not only facilitates license plate reading with a white and black-list system for vehicle verification but also enables recognition of vehicle type and colour for traffic flow analysis or targeted vehicle tracking applications.
Moreover, the system provides various APIs for seamless integration with third-party backend systems. With the addition of the new evidence function, it can be combined with a snapshot from the connected camera via the RTSP stream. This feature allows for the simultaneous display of road overviews and LPR result images, reinforcing the strength of the evidence.
