The Ruijie RG-E-120(GE) Power Injector is specifically designed to provide power to remote management products, including wireless access points, SOHO switches, IP phones, webcams, and more. Compliant with the IEEE 802.3af standard, these Power Injectors function as Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) adapters, delivering Power over Ethernet (PoE) to supported devices.
All RJ45 ports on the Power Injector feature auto MDI/MDIX cable recognition, and the injectors are capable of transmitting power via cable for distances of up to 100 meters. This flexibility enables the convenient deployment of powered devices (PDs) in various scenarios. The Ruijie RG-E-120(GE) Power Injector incorporates robust short circuit protection and supports intelligent automated PD recognition. It can identify whether the connected device is a PD, mitigating potential harm that a PSE appliance might cause to a non-PoE device.
