Paxton Net2 Desktop Reader

The desktop reader is designed to be placed next to the PC. It is utilised for adding tokens to a Net2 system and can also assist in identifying lost tokens. Both proximity and magstripe versions are available, with the proximity version capable of reading Mifare tokens.
Simply plug it into the USB port; no other connections are required. Additional workstations can also be equipped with desktop readers.
When a new token is presented to the desktop reader, the new user wizard will prompt with the appropriate card number. The name and details of the new user can then be entered, and the token issued.
If a token already registered in the system is presented to the desktop reader, the relevant user’s record will appear.
