| Supply and install new 32 amp 230 volts screened electrical waterproof cables, to be routed via the most practical routes in the complex gardens, from the new inverter in the guard house to all the existing electrical kiosks (electrical boxes of which there are 6 in the complex gardens) in order to feed inverter power to the new cameras and complex public lighting systems and public lights that feed from the pool DB Board (per linear meter). |

| Trenching of 500 mm deep for new electrical cables and fiber cables, including backfilling and compaction to original soil density (per linear meter) |
| Uplifting and reinstatement of paving where sleeves and cables need to cross over roads and walkways, including replacement of some of the paving bricks that will break (per square meter). |
